Martin Carey - Director

Martin is a former Kent Police Qualified Trainer experienced in delivering training for Counter Terrorism Awareness, Community Safety, Civil Enforcement Powers, Defusing Conflict plus other associated topics.

International Experience

  • Jordan – International Coalition Mission in curriculum design, management and training of new Iraqi Police Officers in operational duties
  • Kosovo – United Nations Peacekeeping Mission in staff development, cultural awareness, curriculum design and training for other NGO’s in mission

Kent Police –Training Development

  • Design and delivery of powers for the Kent Police Community Support Officers

Ian Whyte - Director

Ian is an experienced manager and influential leader with an extensive knowledge of education, training and development. He is a friendly, persuasive, strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to build key relationships. He's motivated by situations that encourage and develop people as professionals and individuals.

Ian has worked in Primary, Secondary and Further Education and spent 12 years as a Primary Headteacher. He then developed a consultancy that supported management in schools in addition to supporting teenagers through the Notschool and Revitalise projects.

As a training adviser, he designed developed and delivered Community Safety training for the Community Safety Training Partnership (Kent Police and Kent County Council). In addition he worked for the Home Office and Local Authorities to develop and deliver training to support the counter terrorism strategy and support Community Safety Partnerships.
